i scream, you scream...
afraid your chubby hubby is going to bust into your Chubby Hubby? those geniuses at ben & jerry's have you covered: the euphori-lock. (or, enlist a friend to work the lock and use it to keep yourself out of the NY Super Fudge Chunk after one too many martinis. or is that just me?)

file >> kinkos
i was on the fed-ex/kinko's web site the other day, and saw that they're offering a new downloadable application that will essentially add an option to your File menu (when working in Word, or Excel, or probably even Internet Explorer for that matter) whereby you can print a document remotely AT A KINKO'S! i just thought it was the coolest thing: basically the world's biggest networked printer. i haven't downloaded it, so don't know anything about how it charges for your printouts or any of the details, but just thought it was cool. and hey, i haven't really blogged since the pig personality test on 4/26 (aside from my NASCAR plug last week)), so take it or leave it. ;)

bring the hall to richmond
if you read the freeRad blog, chances are that you also receive freeMail (our quarterly newsletter) and that you received today's freeMail extra touting our recent NASCAR project. but in case you're out of the loop (which you can remedy by subscribing to freeMail), here's the skinny (all credit to the word girl for the words):
freeRadical is helping garner support for an important local attraction. if you haven’t heard, Henrico County is one of a handful of regions vying for the NASCAR Hall of Fame. racing fans already know Virginia and NASCAR go hand in hand. but all Virginians can get excited about the possibility that NASCAR may build its Hall of Fame just outside Richmond. not a racing fan? that's okay. this initiative is also about the economic boost the Hall would provide to the Richmond metro region and the fact that it will give Virginia a truly one-of-a-kind tourist destination.
please show your support for the effort by visiting one of freeRad’s latest creations, www.bringthehalltorichmond.com, and signing the petition. as local leaders prepare their proposal, they need to prove to NASCAR that the public supports having the Hall here. every sign-up counts!
thanks for your support!
